We are an apartment locating company. We work strictly for commissions from apartment property owners -- there is no charge to you. We represent nearly all "multifamily" projects and San Marcos Apartments for rent outside the city center, many in the center, and have some resources to lease individual units -- i.e., houses and duplexes. 

We have been in the San Marcos apartment locating business since 1986 and are locally owned and operated. There is no obligation to the customer in using our services and we are helpful in all aspects of relocation.
